The Duotts F26 is a well made, high quality, and fun e-bike. If you’re looking for comfort, speed, and reliability then I would choose Duotts.

Après la première sortie, c'est incroyablement amusant, et en tant que motocycliste, je peux le dire : rouler avec le levier est presque comme une moto, en mettant l'accent sur « presque », dans l'ensemble, c'est une révélation. Les plus grosses côtes ne sont pas un problème, 😁 le vélo a été envoyé très bien protégé, je suis impressionné par la construction d'apparence solide 👍

J’ai bien reçu le colis sans dommages, dans les temps, tous les éléments étaient présents et pas abîmés.
Montage assez facile mais il manquait une vis pour fixation du porte bagage .
La notice est succincte mais suffisante si on est un peu logique et bricoleur , le tuto sur le site est utile.
Le service support est très réactif et efficace .
À l’usage , ce vélo est un mix entre une moto et un vélo , très sécurisant, et les matériaux de très belle facture .
C’est mon 1er vélo électrique et sa puissance est bluffante .
À ce prix et pour cette qualité , je recommande les yeux fermés !

Ne cherchez pas plus loin, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix du marché. De plus un envoi et une réception rapide et un service après vente disponible et réactif en cas de besoin.... Je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat, c'est le meilleur vélo que j'ai eu !!!

Fantastic e-bike

Delivery of my Duotts F26 was very fast, about a week. Assembling the bike was no issue at all. I am very pleased with the quality of the bike and it is seriously good fun to ride. I am extremely happy either way my purchase. The only very minor adjustment I had to make was with the rear derailleur. It was very slightly out of adjustment when I put the bike together meaning the gears clicked when riding the bike and I couldn’t select all gears. But two minutes on YouTube showed me what to adjust and in less than 30 seconds it was perfect.

Duotts f26 review after 200 km and 2 months

this is how I would like to say that after 2 months and 200 kilometers, the bike is very good in terms of power and engine
but not everything is so ideal, the brakes don't squeak well and are of very poor quality, it's best to replace them with better ones from amazon as for the problem I encountered, the very poor quality of the plastic from the battery lock broke after 100 kilometers
but I reported the problem to duots and they sent me a replacement plastic because the bike is under warranty all in all, it's a very good bike for the money, I have to complain about the bad brakes and the bad quality of the plastic with everything else, I'm satisfied so far, it's a strong bike, even when it's limited to 25 per hour, with two motors it can take you up any hill without pedaling battery autonomy is very good, pure electric mode with 1 motor, about 50 km, with pedaling you can do about 100
all in all it's a cheap bike and you can't expect much from it in terms of quality everything for now i'll give it a 5 whenever i had problems duots solved them i can't say anything against them I will come back again in the future to give a review, it all depends on how the bike will turn out in the coming months, for now I am very satisfied, thank you duotts and please work a little on better plastic and brakes and you will have a perfect bike
