If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize the cost and workload.

We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.

My first E bike

Well packaged, good delivery and response to emails.
Very good build quality , nice welds and construction. It looks very good in silver, my choice.
It's a large bike and frame.
Power delivery is very good, and more than enough for some steep local hills.
My 2 upgrades would be an indication that the front motor is engaged, and having a built in tracker and lock the reason is that my bike was stolen after just 7 days.

I genuinely believe it’s one of the finest e-bikes available today. Assembly was quick and easy — nearly fully built on arrival. Incredible Bikes!

About a month ago, I bought an C29, and not long after, the F26. Honestly, it’s hard to say which is better. Their design is on another level — almost futuristic. Both are absolutely stunning.
